PDP presidential primaries Results: How Goodluck Jonathan won
Tunde Adeniran, the Chief Returning Officer of the Peoples Democratic Party this morning declared President Goodluck Jonathan the Presidential canditate of the party with a 2736 out of a total valid vote of 3, 542; His opponents former Vice Pesident Atiku Abubakar scored 805 and the third candidate, a female Sarah Jubril got only one vote.

INEC approves 8,465 polling units for Lagos
THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) yesterday said it had approved 8,465 Direct Data Capture (DDC) machines and polling units for the voter registration and elections coming up in April.
Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for the Centre of Excellence, Dr. Adekunle Ogunmola, who made the disclosure in Lagos said that over 240,000 adhoc workers have been employed to conduct the registration and voting process.
